Referral Program Rules :
To ensure a smooth and fair process for everyone, please review the following rules:
Eligibility :
- The referral program is open to all users of Career2eazy.
Consent :
- You must have the candidate’s explicit consent to share their information with us.
- Our team will contact you once the referred candidate is hired to confirm the reward eligibility.
Reward Criteria :
- The referral reward is issued only if the referred candidate is hired and completes “30 days of employment”.
- If the candidate is hired for a contract or temporary position, rewards may vary based on the contract terms
- If the same person is referred by multiple users, only the first referral will be eligible for the reward.
Ineligible Referrals :
- Self-referrals (referring yourself) are not eligible.
Reward Payment :
- Referral rewards will be processed only via bank payments.
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
Program Changes :
- Career2eazy reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes regarding referrals or rewards will be handled at the sole discretion of Career2eazy.
